Return Policy

  • If seal is open return won't be accepted.

  • Received defective / wrong product, while returning need a proof by creating video.

  • Don't accept the parcel if seal is already open while receiving parcel.

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Purchases must be returned from the original shipping Address.

  • Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Haadi Perfumes item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.

  • Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at Haadi Perfumes reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

    • Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions


    Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    • Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    • Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. .


    • Cancellations

  • In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, then you’re required to inform Haadi Perfumes through email or telephone about your cancellation within 24 hour from the time of order being placed.

    Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the items, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

    Your order will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email/message will be sent upon shipping.
