We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options across India. A standard flat shipping charge of ₹70.00 applies to all orders, dispatched via standard express courier delivery within 24–48 hours from our Mumbai warehouse.

Due to strict personal care hygiene standards and the artisanal compounding of our fragrances, we maintain a strict no return and no exchange policy on all products once delivered. In the rare event that an item arrives broken or leaking in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video for an immediate replacement.
